The LEARNER PROFESSIONAL HUNTER’S GUIDE IS BEING RUN THROUGH OUT THE YEAR:
The course period is seven (7) month and it has two sessions of which the first session is registered in February for September sitting as well as the second session is registered in June of each year.
SUBJECTS:
(A)Habits and Habitats
(B)Legislation
(C)Firearms and Ballistics
(D)General work
HABITS AND HABITATS: this includes Flora and Fauna (plants and animals)
LEGISLATION: this includes the knowhow of what you are supposed to do when entering and leaving the Parks and wildlife estate.
FIREARMS AND BALLISTICS: The general knowledge of a firearm and its performance.
GENERAAL WORK: you have to know your country, SADC countries and this includes current affairs.
The first session of the course you will receive the introduction of each subject that takes one week to fulfill.
The second session is a weekly lesson where we do one topic per day and every Friday we write some tests.
